Depending on the material, testing method, and sample quality, it can be determined whether DNA is detectable and whether it matches a corresponding reference sample.We use clear labeling and carefully defined procedures to reliably prevent any mix-ups. We have not experienced any mix-ups to date.Should it nevertheless be proven that a wrong sample was used or that the piece of jewelry does not correspond to the agreed quality, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected, of course.
